In order to improve the understanding of the steps before, during and after your ride, here is some information, concerning the light that is on the frame of the bike:
➡️ Before and after your trip :
Green 🟢 : The bike is available, you can unlock it with the app or your previously registered transport card.
Orange 🟠 : Your transport card has not been recognized or there is an incident on your account.
Please follow the instructions in the article: Use my card to take a bike or contact customer support to take another bike.
Red 🔴 : The bike is not available.
Please follow the instructions in the article: My bike doesn't work or contact customer support to pick up another bike.
➡️ During your journey :
Blue 🔵 : Your journey is underway, all is well!
Orange 🟠 : Your bike is almost out of battery. We advise you to finish your ride quickly.
Rose : Your ride is on break and the bike is locked. Unlock the bike with the app or your previously registered transport card to leave.

If you detect a problem on your bike once your bike is deposited, contact customer service to pick up a new bike.
