You are in station. To complete your journey correctly :
➡️ Attach your bike to the terminal or the last bike present thanks to the two magnets (at the front wheel and rear wheel) located on the right side of the bike, following the guidance on the ground;
➡️ Turn the handlebar approximately 30° to the right to facilitate the insertion of your bike, and to ensure that the two bike magnets are securely attached. The bike must then emit a double "beep" and the bike’s headlights (front and rear) will go out;
➡️ Your journey will end automatically. Once you have completed your journey, you will receive a notification about the app including the distance travelled and the price charged to you. If not, please Contact our customer services.
When you arrive, please be careful to collect all your belongings on the bike.
⏳ Be aware that you have 5 minutes to pick up a bike after picking up the first bike; if the first bike is faulty, you need 5 minutes to report the problem on the app and return it for maintenance to pick up another one right after.
⏳ If the "ride" lasted more than 5 minutes, then you need to wait 30 minutes to pick up a bike.
To view your trip history, click on your profile icon at the top left of the home page, then click on “Mes trajets”.
You will find a list of all your old routes. By clicking on a specific route, you will be able to consult :
➡️ the date and time of the journey
➡️ the invoice price
➡️ travel time and distance travelled
