During your journey, the GPS position mounted by your smartphone in the app is not accurate or incorrect ?
An update has been made to the GPS data storage control. If you refuse, you will no longer be able to see the details of your journeys. To change this, go to your profile, tab "Manage my preferences" - "Trip history".
If this still doesn't work, please try the following to resolve the problem:
➡️ Open the Google Maps application (or similar).
Is the GPS position correct? If so, go back to your raised application levélo to update your position.
If not :
➡️ Turn off your GPS location in your smartphone settings, then turn it back on
If the problem persists you can restart your smartphone.
For Android users, be aware that the energy saving mode can have negative consequences on the frequency of reporting location information. You can disable this option to ensure the proper operation of the application.
