Bike in station is not charged enough

You have arrived at a station and the bike at the end of the line is not loaded enough for the journey you want to make?

You checked the second bike dock and there are no bikes available?  

To use the next bike in line, follow these instructions:

➡️ Click on the question mark button at the top of the application's home page, then "Mechanical problem".
➡️ Scan the bike's QR code or enter the number manually
➡️ Select other / I don't know
➡️ Add photos (optional)
➡️ Describe the problem(s) in a few words
➡️ Click on "Send"
➡️ Drop the bike off in a bay recommended by the application.
After dropping off your bike at the bay, you have 5 minutes to pick up another bike immediately after picking up your first bike.

⏳If the "trip" lasted more than 5 minutes, you must wait 30 minutes before taking a bike.
