Something not working on your bike ?
We sincerely apologize to you. To report the problem, click on the "" icon at the top of the application home page and then on "signaler un problème mécanique ou d'assistance électrique".
➡️ Enter your bike number
➡️ Select the problem you encountered using the different icons
➡️ Describe in a few sentences the problem and add photos if necessary
➡️ Click on "CONTINUER"
If your journey has already started, you can also report this incident, and the color of the LED will tell you what to do.
In fact :
- if the LED is red, you can return the bike to the maintenance station
- if the led is blue, you can return the bike to a standard recharging station
You receive an error message "Ce vélo n'est pas fonctionnel" :
Don’t panic! Follow the instructions on your mobile’s screen:
➡️ Press the left brake handle on the bike and pull it towards you; the bike will come off naturally;
➡️ Then park the bike at the charging station recommended by the application.
➡️ All you have to do is scan the next bike on the station and start your journey !
If the problem has not yet been reported on the bike, fill in the technical problem by clicking on the "" icon at the top of the home page: once your report is sent, the app will suggest you to remove the bike from the station in order to access the next bike.
If you notice a problem once you've started your journey, report it and park your bike at the charging point indicated by the LED on the bike's dial.
⏳ Be aware that you have 5 minutes to pick up a bike after picking up the first bike; if the first bike is faulty, you need 5 minutes to report the problem on the app and return it for maintenance to pick up another one right after.
⏳ If the "ride" lasted more than 5 minutes, then you need to wait 30 minutes to pick up a bike.
