You are standing in front of a bike but you cannot connect to it
First ensure that :
➡️ Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone
➡️ Your mobile data is enabled on your smartphone
➡️ The levelo app has access to your camera and phone storage (to scan the bike’s QR code)
Once this check is done, scan the bike’s QR code and wait a few seconds. If the application loops with a symbol on the screen ∞ without anything happening, we invite you to perform the following operation :
➡️ close the application
➡️ turn off your Bluetooth and mobile data and then turn it back on (you can also restart your phone)
➡️ restart the application and try again
