You’ve reached your destination but you can’t end your journey in the app? We invite you to perform the following manipulations according to the problem encountered:
👀 Does the app not detect that your bike is parked on the station?
Make sure the bike is hooked by its two magnets. Turn the handlebar about 30° to the right to facilitate the insertion of your bike, it must then emit a "beep" and the bike’s headlights (front and rear) go out. If this is still not the case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone at 04 91 65 89 55 or by email at levelo@ampmetropole.fr so that we can end your journey remotely.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone at 04 91 65 89 55 or by email at levelo@ampmetropole.fr so that we can end your journey remotely. Indeed, the billing does not stop once the journey is completed!
If this still does not work, and our customer service is not available, you have the option to request the end of your journey.
To do this, click on the "" icon at the top of your screen, then on "REQUEST THE END OF MY JOURNEY". Complete the application form by confirming the following :
➡️ You can’t complete your journey, despite several attempts
➡️ You have parked the bike on an authorized location
➡️ You have read and agree to the emergency end of trip conditions listed in this article
In case of misuse of this feature, we reserve the right to charge him penalties of the amount applicable to the disappearance of the bike without justification from the beginning of the rental listed in Article 9 of the CGUS.
