This billing rule applies to both subscribers and non-subscribers.
How does it work?
When you scan a bike, a pre-authorization of €15 is blocked on our payment platform for 7 days.
At the end of this period, this amount will be released and transferred to your bank account. Depending on your bank, this process may take 10 to 15 days before the amount reappears.
We will not block a new pre-authorization if the 7-day period for the previous one has not expired.
New! Your bill will be debited when the amount of €15 is reached or after the 6th trip. If neither of these rules is met, your account will be charged every 6 days.
