💁 You can change your personal details attached to your account directly from your profile by clicking on the icon at the top left of the application’s home page, then on the "Profile" icon at the bottom left. Choose the topic you want to edit and click "Save".
📧 To change your email address, please contact us at levelo@ampmetropole.fr specifying the subject of your request.
✍️ You can also save your favorite addresses in the app. To do this, go to the bottom of the application home page and click :
➡️ "At home" to add your home
➡️ "Go to work" to add your workplace
➡️ "Other favorite" to add any other favorite address
You can add as many favorites as you want. If you want to change one of the saved addresses :
➡️ Click on your profile icon at the top left of the home page, then on the "Profile" icon at the bottom left
➡️ Click on “Manage my favorite addresses”
➡️ Click on the address you want to change and then “Delete”
➡️ Then return to the home page and save your new address
❌ To delete the account, go to the "My account" section of the application and go to the "Delete my account" tab. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 business hours.
